STUDENTS
January is "Goal Oriented" month at CPMA!
It's a New Year! Time to set some goals for the year ahead. If one of your goals is to find more ways to BE the CHANGE on campus, you may find more coins coming your way, and during the month of January only the Student Store is running a "Let's Make A Deal" promotion. Make us an offer on any item. All prices are a jumping off point for negotiation during this month.

Attention CPMA 6th Graders:
If you have not provided proof of having received the Tdap (Pertussis/Whooping cough) vaccine, you will not be able to register on time for 7th grade. Please submit your proof of Tdap to the health office as soon as possible. If you are uncertain about whether or not you are on "The List" of 6th graders missing their Tdap vaccine, check with Mrs. Yellen or Ms. McDonald in the health office before school.

To all students:
The deadline for applying to come to CPMA next year is coming up soon. It's February 15th. If you have friends or siblings who want to attend here next year, they have to apply. Please remind your parents and others who need this information that the applications are on-line through the district website.

To 8th graders:
The deadline for applying for high school next year is February 15th. Unless you plan to attend your neighborhood school, you must submit an application on-line. If you need help with this, please see Mrs. Spafford in the magnet office, room 201A. Remember that we will be having an articulation open house on Wednesday, January 22 in the library. Come with your parents to talk to representatives from many of our district high schools. If you plan to apply and audition for SCPA, Mrs. Spafford has copies of the resume and letter of recommendation forms.

"There's a Song In You"
You are invited to attend the CPMA Choral Department's winter concert "There's A Song In You," featuring CPMA's Concert Choir, Women's Choir and Mixed Choir. Thursday, January 23rd from 6:30pm to 8:00pm in the Madison High School Performing Arts Center. Tickets are on sale in the finance office and at the box office on the night of the performance. $7 for adults, $5 for students, $4 with ASB sticker, children 6 and younger are free. Per school rules, all students must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Yearbook Sales:
The price of the yearbook of $40.00 will be extended until January 31.
